G-Next Intelligence Closes Pre-Seed Round to Scale Defence Intelligence Platform Born on Ukraine's Front Lines

Ukraine – 23 April 2026 – G-Next Intelligence, the Ukrainian defence-tech company whose platform already processes intelligence data for Ukraine's Defence Forces, reducing what used to take 30 minutes to just 30 seconds, has closed a pre-seed round led by Final Frontier, the Danish venture capital fund investing in European space and defence technologies.

The funding will be used to scale the product, expand market presence, and further develop real-time data processing capabilities. A key focus is team expansion, particularly across engineering, analytics, and product roles, as the company prepares for European defence markets.

Built by Volunteers Who Saw the Gaps First-Hand

G-Next Intelligence was founded by Oleksii Teplukhin to solve an immediate battlefield problem - data fragmentation. The team started as a volunteer group in the early days of Russia's full-scale invasion, witnessing first-hand how slow decision-making, outdated intelligence tools, and overwhelming data volumes were leading to operational failures on the battlefield. For two and a half years, the project operated with minimal financial backing - some team members worked full-time without compensation, relying on personal savings and motivation.

The platform was developed and validated directly in real-world battlefield conditions. Today, the company comprises more than 30 experts, including AI/ML engineers, software developers, and military intelligence analysts.

What they built is not a standalone tool but a universal modular platform that connects, structures, and processes data from multiple sources, including HUMINT, OSINT, SIGINT, and IMINT, into one operational picture. AI supports data processing and analysis so users can focus on decisions instead of manual work.

"Today, defence is no longer defined solely by weapons - its effectiveness depends on how quickly data can be turned into decisions," said Oleksii Teplukhin, Founder and CEO of G-Next Intelligence. "Modern military units are more often overwhelmed by an abundance of data than by a lack of it. Sensors, drones, intelligence feeds, and operational reports comprise huge volumes of information every day, while decisions must be made faster than ever. The core problem is not the data itself. The problem is fragmentation."

Proven Where It Matters Most

The platform's operational traction speaks for itself. G-Next Intelligence's in-house operators have processed data on more than one million targets. In some military units, the company's solutions provide up to 40% of all incoming intelligence data in the combat zone.

The platform is deployed within Ukraine's Defence Forces, including the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Main Intelligence Directorate (HUR), the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), and is also used to support critical infrastructure operations, including a recovery management system operating within the United Nations WASH Cluster project.

When the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant was destroyed in 2023, the team built a full operational data solution in under 10 hours, a working system used to identify rescue requests, collect them from multiple sources, prioritise data, and deliver actionable information directly to rescue teams on the water. It was not a prototype. It demonstrated why a universal modular platform is essential in crises where requirements change every hour.

"In modern warfare, the side that turns data into decisions faster wins. G-Next Intelligence exemplifies everything we look for in an investment - battle-tested technology developed by founders with deep operational understanding, addressing a critical capability gap for European forces. The team started as volunteers in the first days of the full-scale invasion, built a platform now used by Ukraine's Defence Forces, and is ready to bring that operational depth to NATO allies. We are proud to be part of the journey," said Niels Vejrup Carlsen, Founding Partner, Final Frontier.

From Ukraine's Front Lines to European Defence Markets

G-Next Intelligence is entering international markets through strategic partnerships. Microsoft introduces the company to its defence customer network. A major German system integrator has signed a letter of intent to support integration, reducing entry costs and increasing customer trust. Denmark (where Final Frontier is based) is one of the countries most seriously strengthening its defence capabilities based on lessons from Russian aggression against Ukraine.

The company is part of a new wave of Ukrainian defence startups building products directly in response to frontline needs. From a broader perspective, the deal reflects a shift towards battlefield-tested solutions entering the European ecosystem, and growing demand for real-time data and AI-driven decision-making tools. Without private capital boosting competitiveness in the defence sector, Europe's increased defence budgets risk being consumed by rising costs, while the war in Ukraine has revealed how critically important it is to be technologically innovative and agile to succeed on a modern battlefield.

About G-Next Intelligence

G-Next Intelligence is a Ukrainian technology company developing a universal modular platform for real-time intelligence data collection, processing, and analysis.
